Within 7 days of your return/exchange being processed, we’ll either refund the full purchase price or dispatch the exchange item. Please note that credit card refunds may take 2-3 working days to clear . You will be notified by automated email once your refund has been processed. Please note that for each order, we can only provide one exchange (one of more pairs sent at the same time). Any additional exchanges will incur a $15 fee.
Please note that shoes must always be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain that you would like to keep them. Mode Collective reserves the right to not accept returns for shoes which have been worn or damaged. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box may not be accepted or alternatively a $10 fee will be charged.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on monogrammed accessories. If you are unsure about your purchase, we suggest purchasing the bag without monogramming or contacting email@example.com with any questions.
It should be noted that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of postage back to our warehouse, however, Mode Collective will pay the cost of outgoing postage if an exchange is requested.
